Think it is called FLIPMEN. Hope your rental isn’t one of them and that all the problems get sorted out. Must be tough living in a situation like that where everything is out of control! Good luck with it all, though I am sure it will eventually work out and you’ll find a better place — just like you did with the move to Colorado. One day at a time….
