We have one family in town that seem grumpy — my son delivers their newspaper on Fridays and Saturdays and once we got mixed up and accidentally took them one on a Monday (others get the weekend papers on Monday too) and the lady actually growled as me when I was standing on her doorstep! I was just trying to provide a service and she was mad over a little mistake … I feel sorry for people like that as life is too short to be ticked off all the time!
